Happy holidays, friends, and welcome to another one of those where-has-the-time-gone kind of posts! Like many content creators out there on the internets, I’m getting ready to set up a new bullet journal for the year, and decided to take this opportunity to show off what I created, share some of my goals for the new year, and explore the Pantone color of the year with a free printable! Enjoy!
My yearly bullet journal setup
Let’s start off by sharing my yearly bullet journal setup for 2023. I worked super hard to ensure that I could fit the entire year into one journal, and I picked this one from Archer and Olive! I found him on sale on Black Friday and he is quite gorgeous. Here’s a look at the yearly start-of-journal spreads that I ended up creating in this journal:
P.S. – This is the artist who designed my journal! The design I purchased is no longer available, but this one is still in stock : )

Goals for 2023
As I’ve been setting up all the journals for the new year, I also started thinking about some of my goals and intentions. Here are some of the things I came up with for 2023:
- Make lots of printable stickers
- Post consistently on le blog and all the socials
- Save $10,000 total
- Put Biblical knowledge and understanding first
- Write more intentional blog posts
My Word of the Year 2023
My word of the year for 2023 is Confidence, but a specific kind of confidence that came from a Greek word in a Bible verse. Here’s the verse:
Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward.
Hebrews 10:35 NASB20
I’ve noticed in the past couple of years that I have a tendency to doubt or forget the truth I know whenever something changes or the thing that I thought was God’s will for my life turns out not to be the case. Instead of doin this, I want to cultivate parresía, which Blue Letter Bible defines as “free and fearless confidence, cheerful courage, boldness, assurance” (find out more about this word here!). I’ve found a TON of awesome verses that use this word, and I can’t wait to see what God will show me through them this year.
Free printable “Viva Magenta” stickers!
To wrap up this post, here’s a set of free printable stickers inspired by Viva Magenta, the 2023nPantone color of the year. Enjoy!
I hope you’ve enjoyed this post featuring my 2023 bullet journal setup, goals for the year, and a free 2023 Pantone color of the year sticker set. What are you planning or hoping for this year?
