Happy Sunday, friends, and welcometo another Bible journal with me post! This week I’m sharing the pages that I created using the printable version of Creative Retreat’s “Come Boldly” kit. Enjoy!
The topic – “come boldly to the throne of grace”
I loved the topic of this month’s kit from Creative Retreat, and decided to participate by purchasing the printable version of both the devotional and the ephemera. The company also releases a free printable each month with even more goodies to use! I wanted to study the topic of prayer and approaching the Throne of Grace with confidence both because “confidence” is my 2023 Word of the Year and because it reminded me of the Ambassador persona in my own devotional series for the month of February.

To start with, I wrote out all the provided Scriptures for the devotional in my faith planner:
I took the time to write out a little note wherever there was room to do so beneath each verse that I wrote out. The kit has lots of warmer red tones to it, but I leaned heavily into the purples as that’s the color that I associate with the Ambassador character.
Once I finished writing and reflecting on the verses and devotional content, I decided to dissect the theme verse, Hebrews 4:16, on a tip-in that I inserted into my journaling Bible. I really enjoyed doing this and love the way that it looks!
