Happy Fat Tuesday, my friends, and welcome to another Bible journaling wrap-up post! I used Faith Heirlooms’ “With Expectation” Bible journaling kit for my Epiphany journaling this year, and with Lent starting tomorrow, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on what I learned and to show you how my Bible journaling pages turned out. Enjoy!
I used this Bible reading plan (kind of) every day during the season of Epiphany. I enjoyed seeing how the different passages built up on different themes in the “realization” of Jesus’ identity as the Messiah.
Here’s the post where I first discovered/decided to observe the Epiphany season this year : )
In addition to the free online Bible reading plan, I used the “With Expectation” devotional kit from Faith Heirlooms. It’s no longer available, but they have lots of super cool physical and printable goodies available on their shop!! Not sponsored, just love them : ).
Here’s a look at all of the Bible journaling pages I created using the Faith Heirlooms “With Expectation” Bible journaling kit:
As you can see, all of these pages are pretty simple, with an emphasis on taking notes and processing what I learned from the reading plan and the devotional book. I can’t wait to look back on these pages later on this year and remember what I learned! It’s one of the things I love about going back to using a journaling Bible rather than a journal or notebook.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this post. Do you journal in a Bible with wide margins, or in other places? What have you learned recently?
Happy journaling!
