Happy new month, friends, and welcome to another bullet journal aesthetic inspiration post! I love a good full-spectrum color scheme, and this month’s typical emphasis on rainbows felt like the perfect time to create an Owl City bullet journal theme inspired by the Ultraviolet album. This album (technically it’s an EP) was highly influential to me when I was a teenager, and still has one of my favorite songs. Hope you enjoy!

Sitting outside as a storm rolls in, feeling the wind stir and smelling the rain, watching the clouds swirl in the sky. Being tossed on a stormy sea, searching desperately for the light from the lighthouse that is your only hope of making it safely to shore. Staring up into the rain as it falls, dizzying in the tiny magnitude of droplets somehow coming from the sky. Watching the clouds finally parting, and the unlikely coexistence of sunshine and storm, which gives birth to a rainbow above.
