Hello friends! Today’s installment of the Bible journaling series breaks down one of the two major styles I’ve found in the Bible journaling world. This style of Bible journaling uses scrapbook paper, stickers, and sometimes a themed devotional kit from companies like Illustrated Faith or BytheWell4God to create journaling pages. Since this is one of the most common styles of Bible journaling, there are plenty of examples for you to see today. Enjoy!
Supplies
The only supplies you need for Bible journaling are a Bible and a pen. I’ve said it before, but it’s worth saying again here. With that said, those who Bible journal with a more scrapbook-oriented style tend to use supplies like:
- a wide-margin, single column Bible
- devotional kits from Illustrated Faith, BytheWell4God, Creative Retreat, and others
- alphabet stickers
- die cuts
- clear stamps
- journaling cards
- and whatever other scrapbook supplies they enjoy
For the following tutorial, I’ll be using the Illustrated Faith Mixtape devotional, which is still available in digital form, and lots of stickers and washi tape.
